Colombia - Eduardo Armero 'El Sauce' Honey Pink Bourbon

Eduardo Armero is a highly skilled coffee grower from Nariño. Despite his youth, Eduardo has extensive experience in high-quality production and launched a new project in Huila two years ago that is already gaining significant attention.

His six-hectare farm produces approximately 100 bags annually across various varieties. The farm yields two harvests, with the primary season running from May through August and a smaller crop from October to January. The estate is well-managed, utilizing shade coverage for about 20% of the land and adhering to strict harvesting standards by selecting only fully ripe fruit. This is a micro-lot.
