Ethiopia Sasaba

We recently traveled to the Guji regions of Ethiopia and whoa!!  Apart from all the natural beauty of Africa, the soil of Guji region is pure and alive. It's why so many of us love Ethiopian Coffee.  This coffee brings us the truth of good coffee. It's lively, bouncy, and sweet all at the same time. Tsegay Hagos Tesfaye founded Sasaba in the tiny town of Bule Hora in the Kercha district of Ethiopia.  Sasaba processes coffee received from over 500 smallholders working in the hills surrounding the wet mill. Like much of Kercha, the small plots of land around Sasaba sit at high altitudes around the 2000-meter mark.
